Job Description
- Serve the dedicated point of contact to clear message backlogs and handle all pre-sales, store inquiries, and complaints across Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Establish and maintain unified response standards and templates across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand voice and protect public reputation.
- Manage and maintain private customer communities, using online invitations and engagement to actively drive digital traffic to offline store locations.
- Convert social media traffic and live-stream engagement into potential leads, ensuring no customer opportunities are lost.
Job Requirements
- Mass communication Graduates are preferred.
- Good knowledge of using professional cameras (Pictures and videos)
- Proficient communication, analytic/decision making, and human relation skills.
- 1+ Year of relevant work experience “ Fresh graduates are Welcome to apply”
- Maximum Age 30
- Proficient in using mainstream social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram, and familiar with the rules of live comment interaction
- Able to use basic Excel and proficient in completing basic data work such as potential customer registration and event invitation statistics
