Job Title: Social Media Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content, managing communities, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Manage day to day community engagement, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand appropriate manner
Plan and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the design and marketing teams
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other advertising tools
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities
Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all channels
